  • Emptied my cache & managed to log into my Littlewoods account. My account was disabled not 5 minutes ago. Anyway my confirmation of order says Laptop but my transaction history on the website says Microsoft Windows Vista Home Pre £249.00 - Direct From Manufacturer PR3933

Looks like they are going to try & send me Vista only
  • The credit check was very quick.. took a couple of minutes for me to receive my email.

Out of interest, what is everyone's limit? - i got a 900 pound limit. Don't know if thats on the basis of the credit check or a default limit

The A100 laptop @ £149 has now gone from Littlewoods.com
  • bye bye lappy, we liked your spec and price
  • I've got a couple of the £149.00 Littlewoods ones which have been sitting in my shopping basket for ages and they are still available for purchase! :rotfl:
  • I am thinking that if it was a mistake it should be taken down of the website very quickly. The longer it says on the more credence you have to the fact is was not a mistake so therefore may be able to take them to court. The last case I heard of was against Argos who won, but only on the basis they had not emailed confermation of the deal. I think they had a telly misspriced at 49p instead of £449 which was considered to be too cheap to be correct by the court. But at a Laptop at £149 would that be too cheap esp if you knew nothing about laptops and the way electronics prices have tumbled over the last few years?
