Anyone else been invited to Nectar Adpoints?

I got to 247 points then it "stuck" I could watch the ads but no questions and no points.This morning the points have reset to zero but I can watch the new ads but again no questions no points :(:(:(

This is exactly what has happened to me. I keep emailing them, but do not get any proper reply. Very poor.

On only 2 ads did the questions not load for me. The rest were easy 9 points.

Did my adpoints on Monday 22nd and they went into my nectar account on the 23rd

Mine also went onto nectar account on Tuesday so much faster this week.

This happened to me too - contacted them via the "contact us" button and received a long generic answer. Points then went to zero next day and I managed to watch 3 new videos before the same thing happened again. Contacted them again and said I didn't want a generic answer but guess what I got? You guessed it - the same load of drivel I received previously. Can't get anywhere near the max number of points though even when it's working in a fashion.

Just logged in and there was only 193 worth of points on the site

I only managed to get up to 141 points! Rest of adverts had zero points.
