Upgrade due, anywhere else to get a good contract?

Currently I am on o2 and my contract has expired but I've not terminated the contract yet.

There are a few phones available but I was thinking of moving to giffgaff otherwise any good contract would do.

I want a android phone, new to touch screens and android but everyone is recommending them and I was told to avoid the cheaper ends as the touchscreen won't be as good, so I was thinking of getting a HTC phone.

I did see some samsung galaxy s2 deals on another website but can't find them anymore.

I want the contract to work out to no more than £25 per month, so if that means getting a contract with a phone, or getting a phone then getting a giffgaff sim to make it stay under that amount then I don't mind.

I don't really need many minutes but I do want a good contract phone, but I'm not sure what phone to go for as I don't know much about them.
