Visa will not be interested at this stage - you have not exhausted your possibilities with the retailer.
Dzug1 is correct, you need to try to resolve with the retailer first. THEN if things don't go according to plan you can try again with Visa. You say that they could be telling tales, i get the impression you're a bit economical with the truth tooI think you just have to try what you can, if it doesn't work, you might have to write it off.

Thanks meer and dzug. The reason i was economical with the facts is because people can poorly judge people through misunderstanding something they do not fully understand:D. Whereas they will think nothing about someone ordering life destroying addictive drugs like cigarrettes or crates of whiskey, which are equally legal as what i ordered.;)
I will see what happens with this and "play it by ear".
-Thanks for your help.:cool:0 -
If it interests anyone to know what happened, the company gave me a full refund without me even having to return the goods. Thanks for your help and advice, though.:D0

see you in a year thenDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
