not getting what i signed up for on my orange conract

hi I started a new orange mobile contract on 19th september 20011 and have not been able to get the internet witch is part of my monthly contract, I have rang orange lots of times and been told my phone is down as a blackbeery ( but its a samsumg galaxy s II ) and they have said they will update and it will be working withing 24 hours and you guessed still cant go on the internet rang again and again and told the same thing it will be sorted but its now 24th of november and still no internet. I have told them i am not happy as not getting the service I asked for and want to cancell but was told i would have to pay for the remaining months on my contract which is a 24 month contract. I hope someone can help me and tell me what i can do to end contract thanks
