Existing T-mobile customer - Sim only required

Hiya all,

I have a sim only contract with T-mobile which has just expired and the price of £10 month (600 mins, 500 text, internet and booster) as gone up to £15. I got the previous deal through MSE where the poster said calling a specific no for and asking for a specific deal. I am looking for a sim only deal with T-mobile again. Does anyone know of retention deals going that are not on the T-mobile website?

I signed up to a 12 months Sim Only T-Mobile deal which was £7.50 (600 mins, 500 text, Internet, Landlines) and was due to go to £15 after 12months, but I called the customer service number at the start of the 11th month and they matched it without any issue for another 12 months.

Just phone and ask, if they say 'NO' ask them for the PAC Number because you're moving to Tesco, GiffGaff etc and see if they offer anything to make you stay. If not look at ChitterChat, GiffGaff etc.
