BT landline BILL
Comments
-
as previously suggested by unholyangel you need to check with bt if you are getting a paper bill or an e-bill.
i had bt in a shared house and one of my flatmates used the account details to check the bill online. she had to enter an email address to do this and they automatically switched the account to e-billing.
i only realised we hadn't actually received a bill for months when I was moving out and trying to settle up debts from all the housemates (it was set up as DD so payments were being taken just no physical bill received).Sealed Pot Challenge 2011 #11480 -

Im sorry but thats just crap and you know it is. Not one comment was nasty or even spiteful - your post was threadbare on facts and its always helpful to state everything including what happenned to the money that you were going to pay for the bill which is quite fair and reasonable so that people can give you the best advice possible.
As per the poster Mamamoo - Take their advice and those who said go visit your GP. The internet isnt really the place for this right now as it appears your in quite an emotional and irrational state to be able to cope with normal advice given on here.
As for the issue at hand - you need to speak to BT to work kout a payment plan for this bill and dont be afraid to let them know your personal issues and money problems at the present time so that they fully understand your personal situation and hopefully will come to an arrangement that is both comfortable for you to pay and they are happy with. but please set up a DD for your phone bill.."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0
