Starting a PPI Claim against RBS

This is my biggest worry - I'm wondering if this kind of sitation is designed to enable the banks to bypass paying additional interest? Does make you wonder.

Final Update

Cheque arrived on Thursday morning, with an additional £100 to account for increased interest.
