I've only just seen this thread ... and I'm in the same boat. I totally agree with this quote. We haven't been in a rush for the bean bag but the longer this goes on the more sceptical I'm becoming. I will be unsubscribing from Groupon once this is resolved as for one I am fed up of receiving 5-6 emails per day of offers that aren't always offers and two I don't think some of the companies can cope with the amount of interest they receive and that's what has happened here

Ordered via Groupon early November, scheduled delivery week has changed 3 times. My 9 year old son had a bean bag on his Christmas list and delivery was confirmed for weeks 48 - 50. Perfect- NOT! No communincation from Infurn, standard e-mail responses. My son still asking why santa didn't deliver his bean bag. DO NOT USE INFURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I have given INFURN and GROUPON 5 days to respond before I start writing to the media, a search on Twitter confirms that there are 100's if not 1000's in the same boat. I wish companies would not use voucher sites unless they can meet the inevitable demand - poor management.

Hi, looks like Im in exactly the same boat as everyone who has posted on this thread! I was starting to worry that it was only me having problems untill I did a 'Google'! ... I too ordered my bean bag on the 3/11/2011, it was originally scheduled for delivery week 49 but nothing came (much to the dissapointment of the person who was receiving the bean bag as there xmas present!) I emailed Infurn who did reply and moved the week to week 2 ... again nothing has arrived and have sent them several emails chasing but no reply at all! Starting to get a bit irritated as it seems groupon aren't responding either to peoples queries!

My problem is tho that I am moving in 3 weeks and if I can't even contact them to say at i am moving and give them the new address, I'm screwed.

This is exactly what has happened to me, my bean bags were meant to be delivered this week and nothing and the code for dhl is useless!
let me know if u hear anything back plz! I've tried calling and emailing. I've emailed group on tonight so waiting for that reply but I'm not holding out much hope! :-(

i posted only a little while ago saying that i had just emailed groupon because i had no reply from infurn and group on have just replied saying that my bean bag will be here no later than the 27th of jan! I'm quite shocked they were so fast only took them 30 mins to reply. so now gotta wait till the 27th and i'll see if it turns up! fingers-crossed!

Don't think they replied to you, I got the exact same email.

I'm in same boat, Groupon said will be delivered by tomorrow (27th) Noticed on Infurm account a pdf went on yesterday looks like a receipt with a delivery date of 25th Jan. The DHL number is a load of rubbish. Groupon to be fair did reply quickly to my emails.
