I am still waiting too, really hope they do arrive! Would've been nice of build a bear to at least issue e-mails informing of a delay0
-
I've just received an e-mail telling me that I won't be getting these (I had a girl & a boy)
"Unfortunately due to an error with your basket processing we are unable to offer you the Gingerbread Boy/Girl as these are now out of stock globally in our business. We apologise that this has happened and for the delayed response but we have been working with our Senior Team in the US to work towards a resolution."
They have offered me discounts, but I am just so gutted not to be getting those cute gingerbread teddies.

It's the 43cm Christmas BearAnd if I really were an angel, I'd float over your bed
Each night a different dream of me I'd plant inside your head
And if I were an angel, I tell you what I'd do
I'd appear in a vision and I'd give my wings to you0 -
Yeah but the only thing Christmassy about them is a ribbon round their neck!
I replied to the email saying I wanted a refund and got an email back almost immediately saying order cancelled, refund issued, but from checking my online banking no money was ever taken???0 -
I can accept they were overwhelmed with orders and the system couldn't cope but I'm really cross at being lied to. Had I not been told what I was I would have made the long trip to the store to get them the next morning. Ah well, my kids don't even know about it anyway so they're not bothered.0

Same here, so glad I didn't tell them!0

I got the e-mail too
I did take them up on the offer though and had a reply within 4 minutes to inform me they had changed to the christmas bears. Really gutted though, wanted the gingerbread at full price last month but they had sold out 0
