  • Hello Finn,

Good news you received refund, can I ask did you do a chargeback via your bank for the refund or was it from the Administrators?

thanks, also does anyone know how the bankruptcy hearing on Friday went?

Payment was via my bank as deposit was paid by visa debit
  • Has anyone heard back from the administrators via email? I was asked to email them my address and postcode, but I haven't even received a confirmation email from them yet! Very frustrating.

Did receive a letter from them telling me that my order was not in store and they couldn't refund my deposit and I would have to take it up with the legal department who was dealing with the administration when it goes to court, thank god for the bank

popped in this morning on my way to collect my specs at 9.45am. Either there was a stampede yesterday afternoon, or there was a significant bout of stock reduction by the administrator while the store was closed. The shelves were full of emptiness with some naff stuff about which was still way too expensive.
