There is no such date for the company in the high court. This just seems to be a malicious romour started about the company. I would like to know where BigAl94 recieved this information. However, there are no problems buying from the company, nor should there be in the near future.
Go here https://onlineservices.courtsni.gov.uk/publiccourtlists/
enter date 01 12 11
select Royal Courts of Justice from first box
select High Court from second box
click "search"
select "view" beside "In Bankruptcy Master Room 1.21", second from bottom of list
Third set of entries down,
Petitions Under The Insolvent Partnerships Act 1995
Now tell me there's nothing going on, I am not in the habit of posting malicious rumours!0 -
Thanks Al.0

Hmmm, interesting that j12345's factually incorrect post has been removed.
I hope HANNABROWNE's post turns out to be correct as no one wants to see another independent in trouble.
Still indicates issues if you have HMRC knocking on the door in this fashion!0 -
Has anyone heard anything about this?? Did it all get sorted as they said??0

they may still go out of business for selling bad sofas, i purchased two three seater sofas summer 2011 and the leather started to discolour after 4 months, they agreed for me to pick another two sofas this i did which cost a further £500, on arrival one of the sofas had a broken frame also white paint on studs after further telephone calls with Lisanasure Interiors they agreed to lend me two new sofas for Christmas and guess what they are terrible the cushions compress after just sitting on them for a short while when i contacted them about this they said that some sofas arrived with bad cushions, the colour of the sofas are dark wine but stitching is in white WHY?, i just want all my money back but NO they want me to take another of their sofas and £500 voucher which i do not want (received phone call agreeing for £500 cheque but still had to accept another set of sofas), i just have no faith in their furnitureHmmm, interesting that j12345's factually incorrect post has been removed.

I am not in the habbit of slandering anyone, but for what i have said on this site of which anyone is entitled to do, is to let people know what has happened to me when i purchased furniture in good faith. Now i did not say that all that they sell is bad, but that what i received on three occasions was not up to anyones expectations, maybe what i should have said in the first paragraph was that if they sell furniture that is not fit for purpose then they will loose out in future sales as word will surely get around (maybe not on this forum) but word of mouth. Now i know that Lisnasure will read this as they have read other comments and replied.:money:0 -
