One thing you can try is their live chat during office hours to ask for a replacement if you pay £10 towards the courier.

I have a couple of PX800FW and one kept going wrong, it was changed so often they didn't charge me for the courier and I now have lots of genuine inks for it.

You may get someone who does not confess to knowing about the contribution towards the courier so if you do, ask for a supervisor

Would have thought it more likely the black cartridges are duff, send them back to Badger Inks for a refund.

It seems odd if both the Oriki one and the Badger Inks ones were duff. Anyway, have been on the online help and they are coming to collect my printer :j

May have a while to wait for a replacement, however, as there are currently none of the same model in the warehouse.

Make sure you take the compatibles out

I would try the compatibles in the new printer and only use the ones they will hopefully include, if you need to take it to an Epson centre or before they go out of date.

For me, the £10 towards the courier is a better option than a repair centre if they include a set of inks
