cpw lost my contract and asking me to sign another and will give me a phone case free
does it make the contract void? or do i have to sign another?

They're probably just reconciling their paperwork - it certainly doesn't void the contract.
Make sure when you sign the duplicate document that all of the details are the same as they would have been on the original. (term/cost per month etc etc) The free phone case is probably just compensation for having to get you to go back into the store.
