Where can i get the cheapest Pay as you go sim?

just as a second sim card, Cheap, Any make, (o2, orange perferred - but then again anything,

where you Purchase it, activate it,,,,,and DONE !

but you can give info on cheapest rates per call, etc. but i mean cheapest sim card to buy, and where from ??

Have a look on eBay they sell all sorts of Sim cards starting form 1p some with free-post and some with credit already on them.
