is it possible to take a polystyrene box containing medication and dry ice on a ryanair flight

    At what temperature do you keep this medication at home? I'm just wondering if it needs to be kept that cold - CO2 solidifies at about -78 degrees Celsius.
    I did a quick search out of curiosity and found that BA allow it but require prior notification. Luton Airport's site mentions that up to 2KG is allowable.
