Anyone had any joy with BIS
Managed to print off 2 computers this morning but the other 2,which had previously been working are now not.Coupon printer installs but it does not recognise that it has.Have tried compatibility modes,using an older version of the software,using another coupon printer software uninstalling restarting you name it.Tried it in IE Page wont even load right.Tried emailing them their feedback page crashed twice!!!:mad::mad::mad:
Would have said it was their site but 2 computers are working fine(ish)

sorry to hear that lottie the last shop I did was when the glitch was on for discount codes and my DH didn't give them to the driver, so I phoned up and the lady took them over the phone. Although she did say she was going to check their policy and get someone to call me, they never did.

Others have given them to the driver with no problem. Wonder if they have changed their policy now?

Try an email to CS - details on first page and ask them what the policy is now. If they have changed it will be useful to know.
