had mum up today to collect/deliver xmas pressies ( car still dodgy/to expensive to fix) so tonight has been 1st chance to sit on pc, but won't be on long as you guessed not feeling 100% another migraine coming on i think bit of nausea setting in .that and a on/off sore throat for some weeks now ( should see about it i suppose but hate to bother docs) and not been sleeping well for sometime either, waking up 3/4 time a night on some occassions :(

but doing better than others though so hate to moan

on that subject any idea how wendy is???

You have to be careful with the fresh stuff at the moment. I had to really search through the joints of beef for one that was the 27th. I don't want to do any shopping next Sat (except for M&S;)), I think it will be a nightmare. I used to do all my christmas shopping on christmas eve to get the atmosphere of christmas, but there doesn't seem to be any now. Not sure if it is me being a lot older or the fact it all starts so early.

Are YOU feeling any better MT? I'm not sure if it is a good thing or bad that your around so late?

I would think no sleep will bring on your migraine. Hope your managing to eat properly with all the running around your doing as thats another trigger. Hope you feel better soon.

Morning everyone, I cannot sleep - mind will not switch off

Hope you are all as well as can be, glad you have arrived safely Dr.Who-Who, I hope your Father is better soon x

Took my whiskey back today, no questions asked or anything, such a pleasant experience. Also managed to get 2 M&S food leaflets the other day, I bought a present for my cousin's birthday and a trainnee served me and gave me one. He had a huge pile of them and I asked if I could have another and he said you have to buy something to get one, but stuck one in my bag because I didn't give him a hard time (his words) :)

Ok any tips on what food is nice from M&S? I have NEVER bought a food item from there before!!!
