Can't change signature - help please?

I haven't been able to change my signature since August. I get various reasons the latest being '

1. Unfortunately due to misuse in the past we can't allow links in signatures (live or inactive)

I'm not trying to post links and can't even delete what is there. I've tried contacting the Forum team but haven't received a reply (tried twice now).

Anyone got any suggestions?

Hello EverDecreasingCircles,

I can see that you have two links in your signature to TickerFactory, that is the reason why you cannot save/edit your signature. When editing your signature, please click the "a/A" icon in the top-right hand corner of the editor to see these links.

If this problem persists, please PM me and I will happily assist.
