Couldn't agree more and all those different designs of viewing windows for the water just ask fo leaks.

Several months back I bought a Russell Hobbs microwave from Argos. It stopped working after 6 months. I took the microwave to Argos and they replaced it with a new one. I'm guessing they will do the same thing for your case
