It is one per household but normally split where there are two eligible people.

Mrs dzug's was in the bank today (£100). I await mine eagerly.

I'm sure it was tongue in cheek.
'not meant' ? The WFA doesn't come with conditions attached which must be followed to the letter.
I shall spend mine on gin.

The heating bill still has to be paid, so it doesn't matter what pocket the £200 goes into.

It's going to pay the joiner who is doing a job for us.
