Discounted ISAs

Hi there, my first post on this board! 
I am looking to open a Maxi ISA this year and, after some deliberation, I think I have finally decided to go for the JPMorgan Fleming Natural Resources Fund.
My question is, does anyone know where I can obtain the best discount on this particular ISA? Hargreaves Lansdown are offering a 5% discount on the initial setup plus an Annual Loyalty Bonus of 0.250% - does anyone know of anywhere that can offer a better deal?
Bestinvest are also offering a 5% discount on the initial setup fee but it is unclear whether they also offer any other sort of discount (like Hargreaves Lansdown do) as I find their website a tad impenetrable - does anyone know?
Any pointers would be much appreciated.
