Orange Phone Tarriff

Hi, I have recently upgraded my mobile phone, I was until recently on the Orange pay as you go Dolphin package, paying £10 per month. I now have a Samsung Galaxy Mini SMart phone and am on a £10.50 per month monthly contract.

I get 30mins free calls, 500 free texts and 100mb of internet use free each month, after that I have to pay. I dont think I will ever got over the call or text limits, but I am unsure on the internet usage as I use it quite often for facebook etc.

Does anyone have this phone, and if so can they tell me where I can find out how much data I have remaining on my limits before I start paying. Failing that, is 100mb of data allowance quite high anyway? Am I likely to go over this?

Log into your account online with orange and you will be able to see remaining bundle totals there.

There is also an App (called Your Orange) which will show you the same.

100Mb of data is a TINY amount. Ensure you switch to wireless when at home (assuming you have wireless at home). You will use 100Mb of data very quickly on Facebook. Just loading the MSE page takes 0.3Mb.

Excellent, I have just found the Orange App and it lets me know how much I have left. Yes, I will use the wireless when at home and elsewhere, I think I have it set so it authomatically kicks in. Not a bit phone expect, as you might have guessed haha

Be very careful how you use the data as markdavey said 100mb is not a lot

I am with Orange i get 500MB....This month all i have done is updated a couple of app s been looking on the internet at sky-sports and some other sites and about an hour on Facebook and i used 270MB so watch out because if you go over Orange will sting you for it.
