My mm recipe uses egg white which I noticed yours doesn't - defiantely going to need to experiment!People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

I did look at some with egg white in, but i didnt fancy giving them out if they had raw egg in! Thats just a personal thing though, kid etc would be able to get their hands on them!
So i opted for the two i found without egg, but im sure it would work with egg in!
I normally have a stash of wine, but not spirits, only really drink them if im out! But i wouldn't be embarressed, at least you don't have to spend a fortune to make a variety!0 -
We have chickens so am happy to use their eggs raw- but will def expereiment to see how the 2 types compare in texture/ ease of making. Sounding like great neighbour/ teacher presents for christmas.
Get a few minatures in to experiment - or you could make and then use falvoured vodkaPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

lol...vodka yes, raw egg no?
I think the egg is probably 'cooked' by the hot sugar syrup. Hope the 50% ones work out.0 -
not neccessarily the vodka ones :rotfl:though that would be funny, but it seemed a faff to have more recipes for the same thing than i need!0
