High O2 bill. Need help negotiating
Comments

You could ask O2 to recalculate your bill as if you'd bought their most favourable additional bundle for the month in question, if such a bundle exists for calls. Other than that, just pay up. It's small compared to the thousands that some people on here are hit with for roaming.0

Do you want Ofcom to dial the numbers and hold the handset to your ear each time you make a call too?0 -

Come on, guys. It is very easy and costs nothing for networks to send a text when you reach your limit and some networks do this. The others just don't want to. There is no anything wrong with expecting this from all networks. What's really wrong is to make assumptions that this is the case.0

It may not be much trouble for the networks, but at the same time, sim only are operated on an online basis, so the user can check their usage online or via the phone (and on the phone the data is free to the O2 portal) .0 -
You can always negotiate with them by asking them to upgrade your tariff to something that would more suit your needs.0

@isaac12345_54321
unfortunately the Networks are driven by greed and profits and very often staffed with rude unhelpful people who appear to get pleasure from telling you how clever they are and how stupid you are...how many times does a poster have to receive the same 'telling off' advice in a single thread
there are numerous threads on this forum that follow this exact same pattern.0 -

The same exact pattern of someone trying to blag their way out of their financial responsibilty and commitment?
It is OK not to understand something, but it is not OK to be stupid.0
