I would be grateful for any help please!

I have had my iPhone 3GS for roughly 1.5 years. I want to insure it - I am a student now and I wouldn't be able to buy a new phone if I broke this one, and I am fairly clumsy, so think it is for the best!

However, I can't find any insurance for a phone of this age - every time I read the policy documents, it says the phone must be less than six months old.

Does anyone know of any insurance for an iPhone over 6 months old?

Do you/your parents have contents insurance? If so it's possible that you're covered on any accidental damage/personal belongings cover that's in place.

I wouldn't advise going for a stand alone policy, they're grossly over priced, and if you're a student I would assume that money is tight!
