normally the love your body card comes separately. if it doesn't arrive in a few weeks, email them and they'll sort it out.

My latest order arrived today delivered by a rather cute UPS guy. He commented that I must have enough stuff to start my own shop. I fear he might be right! Is it wrong to want to order more stuff so I can oogle the delivery guy again?

jbro - contact BS and they should sort you out. I bought a room spray that was broken in transit. UPS had noticed this so contacted BS on my behalf to inform them. BS refunded the value of the item even though I'd used a discount code but who am I to complain?
