Thanks though it's defo not on mine, it was very first time i went onto the body shops website but then it disapeared:( have given up now

I had that problem, if you put it in when it doesn't apply or put in it and remove goods etc then it disappears and doesnt come back!! Found i had to delete everything in my basket and then restart my computer, otherwise it seemed to remember that i'd used the code box- can only use it once see!

Ok i think i know what i have done but not sure how to undo it! I entered a code right at the beginning of my shop then deleted my basket and changed what i was ordering but the code i entered is still in there and i cant seem to undo the code???? Hope that makes sense, does anyone know what i can do??? I have already deleted items logged out then in but obviously the code i entered is still in their system (wrong code i entered) and they only accept one code maybe i have messed it up for myself!???

if no box u need clear cookies sign out before do that. theres no box cos uve entered it before or entered another and not used it, ive had same prob before

I forgot my £1 body butter This is the second glitch I've bought from the body shop this month- god help my bank balance. Gutted about the body butter- do you think it's worth phoning in the morning or am I risking them noticing my gifts etc that shouldn't really have been included in the discount?! Hmmmmmmm

You have to have £25 of full priced stuff in your basket as part of your £50.
