    Are you a love your body card member? If so it will apply your 10 per cent automatically and I've sometimes known it to remove the code box after that. My only way round that was to temporarily remove the LYB card number from the account details.
    Nothing in it, nothing in it but a ribbon round it .....

    I am though i haven't entered my lyb card number, i have tried it logged out as well and the code box just isn't there!

    add enough to take the total to over £50 before you add the shimmer cube things then remove what you dont want, it is the only way i could get it to work
