TESCO BANK 24/7 internet access

Up till June 2011 i had 24/7 access to the savings accounts for years. Tesco Bank brought in a new security system which to date cannot restore the 24/7 access.Being disabled, almost house bound i have no use for a mobile phone nor have one .They insist on one to text me. I now get a use once only pin by post takes 6 days…

They're tiny though (~2KB). CCleaner will wipe them, but can easily be configured to exclude the relevant folders.
