start to imagine if i need to speak to them in the future....:mad:
so i just decide to cancel for a peace of mind.

Got the same problem. Been using mobiles.co.uk for 3 years and never had a problem. Now it appears there is no-one there and I've not received my cashback. Things don't look good. I would avoid taking out a new cashback contract with them at the moment

I've been dealing with them a fair amount lately (as usual) on various things. Apart from having very limited phone responses and a chaotic cashback response I am negotiating my way through the maze; including phone orders and cashback claims. I believe there's been another "reorganisation" - or rather the usual DISorganisation where cpw is concerned - which is not just Mobiles.co based.

Nothing new under the sun!
