Sorry, but I saw that offer in my local PC World (I was looking at TVs) and the terms were very clearly displayed. In that shop, it would have been very hard to miss the fact that a £200 spend was required to use the voucher. Not a brilliant offer, but not a scam either IMO.

Not that its worth a great deal, but they didnt even bother sending one to me..... i have chased too.... it would have been nice to get it even if i decided not to use it!

Like the other post, no wonder they are in trouble....

Well, PC World are the evil empire, Anyone who shops there is asking for trouble.
I've bought my last HP PC package from PC World and was very happy with computer, price & the really helpful salesman who actually saved me money. So they've got one satisfied customer at least.

HP...oh dear. Wait until it goes wrong in warranty, you'll find that the PCW 'after-sales support' is an oxymoron...
Since almost all their products are overpriced compared to other sheds, let alone online merchants, how did he manage to save you money?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Sorry to learn you're not impressed by HP but we're more than happy with their product & hopefully that will continue. Had planned to spend more on computer that was suited more to serious gamer was advised that the computer we finally opted for was more suitable for us (& he was right). Saved us well over £150.00. So we were very happy with our experience with PC World.
