Multiple Mobile Phone Insurances

I have just discovered I have 2 insurance policies for my phone - one with my phone provider and one with my bank. Do you think there are any legal or other issues if I claim from both policies for the same phone?

    Insurance fraud maybe? The claims process of one or both of the companies will very likely ask the question if the phone is currently covered by any other Insurance provider.
