Just called Cardiff, application form being posted out to me.

Previously when I applied my RSA i11 I also call their Ho in cardiff. They promised me to send AF but the AF never came. What I finally did is that I downloaded their application from website and then send them together with cheque.

Hopefully this will not apply to your case ...

Just wondering if anyone has the leaflet for this account? I opened mine on 30 Nov, then paid in another £300 this month. Am I correct to deposit untill Nov 2012? So total will be £3,900?

You could put Max £300 monthly Until 29.11.2012 (literaly the same eefect on what yo have said).

if you have paid Nove 30 las month so yes you could put 13 monthly payments of £300 equate £3900 in total.

I queried this in Shrewsbury branch last Saturday when I opened mine and they confirmed (orally) that it is a 13 monther.

I received my pass book through the post today after I posted my downloaded application form & cheque on the 5th. Quick turnaround & excellent service, as usual (& no, I don't work for them!). I don't live in Wales, sadly but have held several RS a/cs over the years with them. The first 2 I opened in a branch (as one was the Birthday bond) but I opened RS issue 11 by post aswell. I do always send them a secure message via their internet banking site to check this is allowed.
