Vodaphone Default - Need to remove!

I have a problem with a default on my credit score. I was not to blame. I shall be contacting their rep on here as well as by post. Will let you know how it all goes before putting any further details here.

If you asking for advice it would help to give details....

You DO NOT have a credit score, you only have a credit record, if you are late or miss a payment it goes on your record, individual organisations take your credit history and build a credit score, and your score in one organisation will vary to another.

It's also worth pointing out its a historical record, if you missed a payment (ie due to a bank error) thats irrelevent to some extent, you still missed the payment. You can put a note on to explain why thats no guarantee it will be taken into account.
