Terms & Conditions

1. The 'Pete's Challenge?' contest (hereinafter referred to as'the Contest') will close at 10am on Thursday 1st December 2011.
2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter the Contest.
3. Participants must be a resident of the UK or ROI.
4. Participants enter the Contest by visiting www.playbadminton.co.uk/peteschallenge.
5. Participants can select to play either the AR version or non-AR version of the Pete's Challenge.
6. In order to enter the Contest, each Participant will need to enter their name, address and a valid email address into the online form. We cannot be responsible for any technical issues that will result in the form not being submitted.
7. There is 1x prize of a Weekend Break at Center Parcs which consists of a 3 night weekend break for a family of up to 6, in a Woodland Lodge at either Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire, Elveden Forest in Suffolk, Longleat Forest in Wiltshire or Whinfell Forest in Cumbria. The break should be taken before the end of October 2012 (excluding school and bank holidays) and is subject to availability. You should also note that Center Parcs normal terms and conditions of booking apply.
8. There are 10x additional prizes of a Yonex Nanospeed 990 racket.
9. All prizes are as stated and are not negotiable or transferable, nor can any cash alternative be offered. Activities and extras are not included in the prizes.
10. All winners will be randomly selected via a prize draw which will take place at 10am on Thursday 1st December 2011.
11. Winners of all the prizes will be notified via email within 12hrs of the draw taking place.
12. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not permitted to enter.
13. By providing your email address, you are agreeing to receive 1 non promotion specific email from BADMINTON England on which you can adjust your future media and contact preferences.
