MrTee, one old codger to another, please confirm or are you referring to another area?
Thank youmadnessofBruno wrote: »Thank you for the four examples, just to clarify from previous statements. Are you suggesting from anecdotal evidence, Sandbanks properties are SSTC (above asking) before being marketed to a wider audience?0 -
Internet anonymity is great.
If MrRee seriously had enough money to be living the high life in Sandbanks then it would be a great surprise to me if he spent his leisure time arsong about on forums like this.
Theres a fair few posters who seem to be compelled to "big themselves up" on a faceless internet forum.
Would it be a big surprise if I were to note that most are what we call "property bulls". I'm no psychologist, but Its almost as if they are trying to make up for something.0 -

Let's hope many FTBs aren't taken in by this - who wants a new build anyway? I presume under FirstBuy the asking price from the developer will be non-negotiable, as it is for many shared ownership schemes. It is another addition to the house of cards. No saving there then..0 -
You bears are so to type. Classic group think back slapping when people present arguments in support of your fixed worlkd view and classic confirmation bias filtering out of anything that detracts.
Yep. It sure looks like Mr. Ree was right.
btw...anyone heard of aberdeenangarse recently? doire? geneer? nembot? madnessofbruno? jimmy31? desperate prof? Hello-o? Anyone out there? :rotfl:0 -

You realise you signed up after all these people had already gone, don't you?
So while roll around laughing at the bygone names, your previous name will er, be a bygone too....unless you are running one or more!0 -

Are they gone? Where did they go?0 -

They all 'resigned' in a fit of pique, pooled their resources, and put down a deposit in a small flat that they call a 'commune'.
They operate as an autonomous collective under the name "re-wired" with the sole aim of distilling all economic knowledge into the 'meaning of life' and writing 'the post to end all posts'. I guess they are still drafting it.0 -

Should've added your alter-ego 'Rewired' to that list. I see there's a new one cheering you on now Graham, did they ban your old account?0 -

I didn't even make a list so adding to it would be rather difficult.
And rewired rocks.0 -
I love re-wired.0
