You bears are so to type. Classic group think back slapping when people present arguments in support of your fixed worlkd view and classic confirmation bias filtering out of anything that detracts.
29 thanks to post number 2, only 1 to the OP's thread starter. What objective evidence are you referring to that enables you to confirm beyond a doubt the property in his area has not largely all been sold?
Now according to the experts you bears will respond with something like -'we don't need evidence, his past form is all we need' - a classic side step in order for you to settle any cognitive dissonance you are experiencing on account of any suggestion the opposing sides view could have legs.
If you cant see he is a clown then what does that say about you trying to defend him?0 -

LOL!
That's not very logical. I remember when my parents wanted to move and I told them to put their house on the market immediately if that was what they intended to do seriously. But their response was 'what if a buyer comes along - where will we move'!?
And you have a similar illogical response to how the market works. It's a simultaneous situation. There are buyers AND seller...you can't have one without the other. Of course when you do have more buyers than sellers then it's a buyers market or the market is too volative for sellers to put their homes/property up for sale.0 -

Intelligent post .. which will be, and has been, lost on those it was meant to educate.
They have little to get excited about, let's be fair to them - they are renting and buying someone else's property for them - or they are living at home with Mummy, well into their mid 20's ... even 30's in some very sad cases.Bringing Happiness where there is Gloom!0 -
