things are appearing that aren't in your log?

uninstall pc tools firewall, or sunbelt from control panel, add/remove programs, along with spybot

I can see things in the screenshot that are listed re msconfig suggestions, you can stretch the column headers my dragging if is makes it easier to spot them, malwarebytes, adobe, netgear etc - untick them in msconfig
