Emotionally, I know buying and selling your flat has been really draining for you.

Financially, from the amount of money you now have sitting in the bank, I'm guessing buying the flat was one of the best decisions you've ever made (unless you had the money before?).

Question: if you could wind back the clock, would you do it again?

Hola Lynz!! What can I say girl? You DID it - I'm ever so proud of you!! You have been a good listener who has a good down to earth head on her shoulders and I'm sure that whatever you do - it will be the right path to choose - you've been such help to me on here - perking me up when on a downer and helping me put things into perspective that i can only say it couldnt happen to a nicer person - YAY!!

I came in late on this but just wanted to say I'm soooooooooooooo pleased for you!
I had managed to miss any posts from you for a couple of weeks (my computer crashed then I just didn't see you around) and I was wondering if everything was all right. I didn't see this coming - and you richly deserve it. You have been so quick to help so many people, and kind with it.
More power to your elbow (and the rest of you, come to that).
and I loved the shopping trip story - this is what money saving does, is it? Putting back a 99p item! Well, all those 99ps add up to a holiday on a luverly sunny beach eventually.
