Orange loyalty minutes

I have just discovered that i have got 100 loyalty minutes from Orange. Are those just talktime extra minutes added to my inclusive allowance for being with them for a certain period?

generally loyalty minutes are added at upgrade/renewal time to make the contract more attractive. They are just normal minutes.

If you dont remember getting any it might be worth speaking to Orange as suggested above.

Yes loyalty minutes are as you said for being with Orange a while and they are normally added to your normal mins
if you checked your balance on the Orange website you will see so many mins and so many loyalty mins

Like me i get 300mins and 300 loyalty minutes they are all the same 600 in other words

your normal mins will go first and then your loyalty minutes.
