If your pdf is the former kind (and it won't be obvious if it is) then open office DRAW can open and edit individual blocks of text. It is an ugly process, but possible. PDF's are designed to be read-only, after all.

However, either kind if opened in pdf-xchange viewer can have new labels and text added ON TOP of the existing ones, so you could use it to cover up the former title. The fonts probably won't match perfectly, but if you can get over that, all good. You need to enable 'comment and markup toolbar' in the software to use the 'typewriter' functionality.

PDFs were designed not to be edited, certainly not without it being obvious.

It's why companies use them for price lists, spec sheets and so on.

The customer can download the info, and both parties know the info won't have been tinkered with.

Were designed to so that the document would be exactly the same on anyone's printer or screen, bit like and .eps file. The early pdf's didn't have any security.

So a lot will depend if the PDF has any security applied to it, most will it set to to be able to print but not edit (but there are ways around it)
