e2save are not connecting me!

I've just bought a phone through e2save.com on the 3 network. It arrived Tuesday and I am STILL not connected. Various calls to the customer 'service' number and they've put my details through 3 times now. They claim it is a problem with 3 who claim not to have any idea what the problem is and have no record of me, my phone, or my sim.

As I am quite fed up now I've logged a return and am waiting for them to phone me back which could apparently take until Wednesday (groan). e2save say the problem was resolved on Friday but I still have no service today. I am also worried they won't refund me if I decide to return the phone because I did take it out and mess about with pictures etc while waiting to get connected. I am only logging a return now because they have been so useless!

Anyone have a similar experience? And I also wondered what their responsibility to me is - since they haven't actually provided me with a connection to 3 as yet. I can't find that in their T&C anywhere.

Thanks - this will teach me to never ever again switch from Virgin. Hubbys phone ordered after mine and up and running on Friday!
