Bought two pairs of a left foot

Hello,
I purchased a pait of boots from Dune in a shopping centre far from my home address. When I arrived home, I noticed that the lady had put two left feet in the box. I had tried on a right foot and left foot however from when the sales assistant took them off me and took them to the till, she had put two wrong pairs in.
What are my options here? I can't get to the same shopping centre and do not drive. Is it my right to ask them to deliver the correct pair of boots?
Thank you

Give Dune customer services a ring, and see what they say. Hopefully, they'll have a suitable solution for you.
How about suggesting they send you a prepaid bag in the post, so you can return them for an exchange?0 -

How did you get their in the first place to purchase the boots?
it always seems to amaze me on these forums that people can go purchase goods, but can never go back to return goods.
Perhaps it was a day trip organised by a tour operator? Or a family member who drives decided to take a few friends or family with them?
It's not uncommon for people to travel a distance to visit different cities for shopping and perfectly understandable why it's difficult for them to travel back, particularly without incurring significant costs.
Phone them up op, explain the situation and ask if there is anything they can offer. It may well also be they want to of the left footed shoes back, so be more willing to book a courier to collect and deliver the goods.0 -
You would probably be able to take them back to a closer branch, if there is one near you. I would contact them first though as the local branch may not have the matching right boot.0

Not so much a "where do I stand" question as a "how do I stand" - or walk for that matter!
My wife says i have two left feet - what size are they?0 -
Plus it is in the interest of the store to get it fixed otherwise they have lost 2 pairs for the 1 sold to the OP. As they obviously have a pair of rights somewhere that are now not sellable!Thinking critically since 1996....0

The OP could have ANY number of reasons for not being able to get back to the store. Its not for any of us to question the reasons why or why not. Its not the point of the questionHow did you get their in the first place to purchase the boots?
