I have never heard of Complete Savings until today when I used My Hermes to send a parcel. I came straight here and checked up. I found this thread which has been running since 2013. My Hermes wanted to offer me a discount, just follow the link, until they asked for my bank details which I declined. I pay for my parcel delivery through PayPal so hope I am safe.Too good to be true?My names not Bill but I am from Beverley0

I bought something on eBay and when I paid a pop up appeared from Complete Savings stating that if I joined I would be entitled to £16.something for this transaction. I considered it as a scam and declined. A few days passed and after much thought about it I decided to look the company up and see what the crack was.
After reading hundreds of complaints about Complete Savings taking money from peoples bank accounts without their permission, and reading Complete Savings response that the only way that they take money from peoples bank accounts is if a customer fills out their bankcard details and clicks submit and that people should read the small print that it is a monthly subscription service. I thought OK, these complaints are simply the ignorance of peoples misunderstanding of what they are signing up for.
I decided to sign up to Complete Savings as there was many more things that I wanted to buy from eBay. The first month was fine, I received payments in good time. No problems here I thought. Little did I know that was all about to change.
Come the second month, nothing was tracking from eBay. After many claims of un-tracked items, Complete Savings manually added the cashback to my account. By the time it came to paying me my money, Complete Savings told me that the receipts that I provided were not good enough and that I needed to provide a proper receipt. After many emails explaining that eBay provides no other receipts except that that I already provided, Complete Saving were sending me round in circles. I had had enough, I deleted me account 2 weeks before the monthly payment and then canceled my bank card to be double sure that Complete Savings could not take any money from my bank. Well, Complete Savings contacted Visa to request my new bank card details and then stole £15 from my bank account despite deleting my Complete Savings account 2 weeks prior.
The only way that I could stop Complete Savings stealing money from my bank account was to contact my bank and demand that all future requests for money from my bank account from Complete Savings is to be denied. To stop all future payments to Complete Savings, you must contact your bank and inform them of the situation and demand all future payment to them be stopped.
After what Complete Savings did to me, I can see now why so many people are complaining about Complete Savings taking money from their bank accounts without their permission.
Complete Savings are contacting Visa, Master-card etc...And requesting random account details to steal money from.
Apparently, according to Visa, this is totally legal unless the person requesting the bankcard details are scamming someone. Apparently, the onus falls on the person being scammed to report it. You can imagine my wonderful reply to them.
Maybe it is time to cancel all debit/credit cards period. Maybe even bank accounts also. If the system is going to be in favor of the scammers, then what is the point of debit/credit cards and bank accounts!
Are Complete Savings a bunch of scamming thieves? I let you decide!

Such 'scamming thieves' they've already weighed me on all the dough for purchases over the last fortnight or so which include a rather significant one from Lacoste:
I've attached my proof of their continued legitimate conduct to the very present above because once more CS seem to be getting bundles of wild accusations with minimal evidence attached, well zero evidence in your case.
Please note I've had no problem getting my cash back from eBay transactions over the past few weeks but there are occasions when CS stop referring members thus there's no click-through link to eBay because there appear to be reoccurring tracking gremlins between them. And yeah I've needed stuff from eBay in the past but not been able to make the purchase through CS because they've paused the service so missed out on cash back, so goes it.
Also I'd like to add that in the past I have forwarded dispatch mails of transactions that didn't track from a few different retailers direct to CS's cashback email address and they've weighed me on so I'm sorry but I don't believe things have happened quite the way you're making out, I sense there's a lot more to itWhen in doubt shout louder!0 -
Complete Savings will not pay me the £675.18 cashback that they owe me over 3 months. They say that the receipts that I sent to them from eBay, Hermes and Debenhams are not genuine receipts. According to my sister whom is a Barrister, a genuine receipt will always hold up in a court of law. So me and my sister are now going to start legal action against Complete Savings. This may take some time due to the current world situation.
You here that Complete Savings? Me and my sister are about to open a can worms.

I trust your sister knows the difference between here and hear seeing she's a barrister eh?
And oh lookee here, yet another brand new user account just set up to whine about CS with rather familiar spelling mistakes who claims to have blown £6751.80 on eBay, Debenhams and sending parcels with the bargain basement of courier firms in the last 3 months because that's what you'll need to have spent to be expecting 675 quid cash back from CS hmmmm

The thing I'm most curious about is this rather inexplicable obsession with receipts, just like that BillontheHill seemed to have, because there is absolutely no need to send CS receiptsyou just click through to whatever retailer you're wanting to make the purchase from through the retailer referral link when you're logged in to your account and the visit will track, as will the vast majority of purchases you make.
Just look below, there's actually records of every visit I've made to every retailer through CS, even occasions when I've not bought anything:
So back to you, please explain to us how you've managed to spend 6000 odd quid in 3 months through CS yet not a single one of those transactions trackedWhen in doubt shout louder!1
