Clearly Complete Savings have not yet implemented these regulations, I can't imagine why
I was not as vigilant as you, CS were taking £15pm from my account via direct debit for over two years before I realised
When I spoke to my bank, they explained that they could instantly refund 12 months worth of payments, which was a good result, but I have accepted that the rest was lost
Sorry but all you's who were dangled the carrot of Cashback, signed up to it without sussing out how this works don't deserve to get your dough back, you just don't!
There are bundles and bundles of retailers on the CS scheme so I'm sorry but I'm not having it that you or anyone else who has signed up to it don't buy something from at least one of the various affiliated retailers at least once a month because that's all it takes to get 10% Cashback on whatever you've bought and to get your 15 quid monthly fee refunded via the 'membership bonus' or whatever they call it when you forward them confirmation of purchase mail.....even if it's just for a set of 99 pence tyre valve dust caps bought off Ebay.
Anyone moaning about CS right gets my goat up because I spent 10 minutes reading the T&C's before signing up to it when I got a pop up inviting me to join after buying something from Argos in February 18 and realised it would be right handy if done properly. Okay them wanting you to forward a proof of purchase once a month to get your 15 quid back is a bit saucy but it takes 90 seconds max which is hardly a big ask so it's more than worthwhile!
We've done proper well out of this over these last couple of years so really don't need a steady procession of dinlows whose eyes lit up at 16 odd quid Cashback whining like big girls' blouses after because they DIDN'T bother to service their membership like you're meant to after that to utilise the numerous benefits. When in doubt shout louder!1 -

Do you not find it strange how those of us contributing to this thread who actually bothered to spend 10 minutes of our entire lifetimes getting up to speed on how CS works all appear to be contented long-term members?
Whilst they who just saw a quick opportunity of a 'snatch & grab' 16 or 17 quid Cashback on a purchase they made signed up to it without even caring to read what they were joining keep surfacing in here spewing out outrageous slurs seeing they now realise they've been weighing on 15 quid a month membership because initially they were too lazy, too greedy and/or perhaps even too stupid to think about anything else other than jumping on an offer of Cashback. Here are, just for anyone doubting what I say......you can see Cashback paid from various retailers very quickly, so quickly in fact that there's transactions there where they had to take money back they'd already paid me because I never picked the item up from Argos and the Smiths order got cancelled as the book weren't available
You can also see I've had my 15 quid membership fee refunded every month too, no idea why it always states Argos was the retailer when they weigh on the 'monthly bonus' but what's it matter as long as your monthly sub's refunded. When in doubt shout louder!1 -

All well 'n' good saying we should ignore people or report them but I'm sorry if someone is making claims I know are not true I for one will say so and I was brought up never to do the Bertie Smalls thing either so I'm sure as hell not starting all that at the age of 47 and definitely not in an internet discussion thread of all places.
I think the screen caps of my CS account activity I've posted in the previous reply say so much more than anything I could possibly write in here so I'm not going to bite at him again. When in doubt shout louder!0 -

Neither am I responsible when it comes to whatever device and/or browser you're using to view this debate producing ever increasing quote trees because no individual post I'm viewing be it on my laptop or on my BB mobile running on Android is showing up as a 'tree' using Chrome.
Are you on an Apple device and using Safari by any chance?

If I'd allowed the forum software free reign it would have quoted the entirety of your post as well as my earlier one asking you to edit the quotes...0

Not sure I'll remember to stick to that mind seeing it's an issue I don't experience with either of my chosen devices and have only ever encountered on my iPad and just another reason why I barely use the damn thing.

Has anyone successfully received a refund for a completely unused subscription from Complete Savings recently?
Like many here I recently discovered money disappearing from of my bank account.
They are not responding to emails sent a week ago and phone number only has a holding message.
