Can I have more than 1 Barclaycard?

My question is above - can I have more than 1 Barclaycard?

I suspect the answer is no, but just double checking.

You are correct, the answer is no unfortunately.

I think the answer is "Yes". There are lots of people who have been migrated from Egg to Barclaycard who already had a Barclaycard.

I've got 3! One original Barclaycard and then 2 more that were Egg up until just recently. Zero balances on all 3 though

Yes I assume those who were transferred from Egg to Barclaycard can have more than 1.

How about someone like me, who already have a Barclaycard Platinum (which is still active) - I guess another Barclaycard Platinum wouldn't be possible?

I think you can apply for a "Co-branded card" if you already hold a Barclaycard

Because BC have been busy buying up other credit card companys I now have 5 BC's and if the press are to believed It will soon be 6 with the takeover of MBNA.

Yes, this was years ago though, I had a Barclaycard Visa, then rang them up wanting another card to separate business/personal expenditure, so they then sent me a Barclaycard Mastercard.

Some time later they launched their Barclaycard OnePulse (with inbuilt Oyster and one of the first to offer contactless payments), so I rang up to apply for one of those, expecting it to replace one of my existing Barclaycard Visa/Mastercard, but they just sent me the card with a new account, so I now have 3 Barclaycards.

Yes you can have more than one barclaycard, although sometimes they may reduce a limit on one card to transfer to the other.

I have had two Barclaycards for over twenty years, one Visa and one Mastercard. I have never had an Egg credit card.

Just decided to give it a go... (eventhough I'm aware of what Dr_Cuckoo3 pointed out). I was applying for their Cashback card (to get the 11% cashback + BT transfer deal).

While last time I got an immediate acceptance, this time there were unable to give me an immediate response and will write to me!

Bengalknights and W211, in your experience, they reduced your limit on one card & transfer to the other right? They wouldn't close your current card, is that correct? (my current card is still halfway through its promotional BT balance - wouldn't want it to be suddenly closed, leaving me to have to pay it back straight away!)
