I did tried a statement along those lines, but there were 2 of them making trouty pouty faces at me! :cool:
.... still waiting for a call back, I got off phone to head office CS at about 11.45am.... how long before I can expect them to get back to me?

Absolutely right French Knickers!
I would also point out that they should consider it a loss leader given that it enticed you into Tesco for your shopping in the first place! Tell em how grateful they should be to have a valued customer such as yourself to help them clear out their crap without having to pay to landfill it!!!:rotfl:
