I just had to share this, Mam asked my brother to get her a ham hock as she wanted to make soup, he was gone hours and has just came home with a reclining garden chair, he thought Mam wanted a hammock!!!!!!

I'm quite impressed at him finding a hammock/garden chair in December lol! (Unless he went to Argos, that's just cheating!)

I got 10 packs of the doormans nuts in A$hford Cr00ksfoot that went through at 1p this afternoon. They now have 2 price check scanners in that store following re fit which helps. The balloons were all scanning at full price though :( There were more nuts left on the strips in the drinks isle but not sure if they will still be there as the SA seemed interested and couldn't believe they scanned at 1p!

Surf - small & mighty 54 wash - should be £8.99 but tesco have a deal on so it should have gone thru at £4.60. Got to the till and tried to use a £1 off coupon and they said i couldnt (squared up for a fight!) .... couldnt use the £1 off because i had only spent £2.24!!!! so went back in and grabbed 10 - left 20 ish on the shelf for others - went thru the self serve till and paid £22.40. It was Tesco F***worth - the new one.

Thanks, I'll try this! I have two huge bottles (doesn't seem the right word for the size!) of Fairy non-bio since T's had it on offer a few weeks back but I always need more laundry liquid!

Right you horrible lot, you have been talking far too much ;)mad0012.gif

I have only just managed to catch up since Weds and this means that I have still not replied to all of my PM's (:o sorry guys, I'm not ignoring any of you) and it means that I still haven't had the chance to post pics of my finds from Weds trip and Thurs brief visit :D
and I'm supposed to be getting ready to go out soon for dinner tonight, so for now you will all just have to have my sneak preview and I will try and get the pics posted up in a bit after I have replied to my PM's :)

I found loads of posts I wanted to reply to, but so many if I went back I would have to start catching up all over again

So I will just say to all those that are poorly, hope you are feeling better soon, sign0016.gif to all of the newbies, and for all those that have had successes in t's and other things sign0060.gif

Oh and now I've finally managed to catch up, I need to apologise, as I was one of the people that sent the Comfort voucher to others :o, I didn't realise this was breaking any rules at the time

Although now I've read Artha's post about the rules, I am a little curious  It says that you can't send gifts or exchange personal details like e-mail addresses, but I now have a pdf link to the voucher which could be sent by PM, so no personal details requiredinnocent0009.gif .
Don't want to start any arguments, just wondered whether you guys think that would still be breaking the rules or whether that would be ok? I don't want to be naughty again :o

Right off to reply to some PM's now, so below is your sneak preview of my collection found during my visits on Weds and Thurs, that included 5 extra's, one normal and one homeplus store :)

Had to go to another, there were loads only because they hadn't changed the price on the shelf! It was still marked as six quid nabbed a couple and got the checkout girl to double check price :D three quid.

:mad: just missed the cake didn't realise priced up at 6.00 so put it down again. nice cake though.

Has anyone tried the babyliss mans set recently, I found it in a store yesterday and it scanned at around £15 not £1.50? It looked the one in the photo above too.

    You is not fikk :p
I think you are probably right though, as this is how I interpreted the rules that Artha posted up, I suppose I'll soon get told otherwise by MSE if I'm wrong :o

Not that it matters that much, but I don't recall posting anything about forum rules:cool: Unless of course I was having a senior moment well before my time:rotfl:

You could have a look out for the light up yoyos (scanning at 20p), they are hanging on clipstrips down the toys/stationery aisles usually. Also the bubble lanyards are still around, they might be ok for the younger ones :)

    HTH

Thanks Winjackie none in my stores :-(
  • Another chocolate 1. Kit kat chunky caramel 2 for 80p or 55p for 1. Bought them and they charged me £1.08 for the 2 (which isn't even 55p ) offer didn't kick in so 76p dtd .
