gosh i wish i could change my user name, ive emailed twice now requesting a change as im too obvious, didnt think about it when i started.

Today i went and tried the cappuchino thats in the mag, went to cs because of overcharge and was told after cs had checked that the extra store was not a selected store,i asked how was you supposed to know which store did what offer and was told to take it up with ho.
On way out store manage was stood by a price check trolley looking through magazine.I told him what was said at customer services and he said she was wrong.the leaflet is standard throughout stores but selected means express and smaller stores and he would have something to say if offers in the mag werent available at his store(fairly large extra). I then went back on his instruction for dtd.

See why i want a name change.

also overheard customer say pepsi was overcharged not sure how many but he said sel said £5 and he was charged £10. sorry no more info.

Well afternoon.
What started off with a very exciting shop with loads of ood sels turned out to be extended, mainly bakery stuff, fab bakin boys and temptations. All scanned at lower price.
Consoled myself with 12 frijj milkshakes. B1g2f sel went through at 2 for £2.40 so got money back.
Now im on the attck wi christmas decorations to keep lil ones happy!

It is so silly that you can't.

Like you, my username was too simliar to my real name and it made me uncomfortable about posting.

In the end, I just registered again with a new name but it annoyed me to have to lose all the posts/thanks I had accumulated.

LadyLeenie changed her name - why not PM her and ask how?
